HR generalist, paralegals and attorneys with employment law experience urged to apply
SESCO Management Consultants, a leading human resource consulting firm, is seeking to fill the position of an in-house HR consulting position. The position is primarily responsible for supporting client inquires and conducting research to address employee terminations, FMLA compliance, state law application, policy review and other HR and federal and state regulations via telephone and email.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business management, or related field and three to five (3-5) years Generalist HR experience is required. Successful candidate must possess excellent communication and computer skills, problem solving capabilities and a working knowledge of Federal and state employment regulations and HR best practices including, wage hour/ DOL, EEO, AAP/unemployment and all other major federal employment regulations. Self-direction and independent study are essential for success.
